UK Breweries join Distant Lands roster

Home & Away

Here at Distant Lands we have always been excited by quality craft drinks, sourcing them, and building relationships with the producers and all our customers to spread the word about how amazing they are. We like to keep the ‘craft’ in our wholesale business and believe in quality, story, provenance and strong partnerships.

Initially our connections in Europe naturally led us to concentrate on sourcing the best craft breweries and producers we could find on that continent. Having imported Europe wide and as times changed, we expanded into importing amazing products from the USA, Australia and the rest of the world.

From the start though, we’ve also had a core selection of breweries we admire from these shores, our friends, some of whom we’ve been with from the start, some, friends from past connections, all of them making superb UK beer.

It was always our plan to expand on our UK craft beer selection at some point, as there is quite frankly too much great British beer to miss out on! It also allowed us to foster relationships between our continental friends and our UK pals which have resulted in some fantastic collaborations and friendships.

Now with a slightly larger team, new warehouse and a solid base in place to service our customers, we are delighted to say we’re adding four new UK breweries to our already cracking roster…

Welcoming Burning Sky, Pomona, Track & Baron to the Distant Lands stable…

Each of these UK breweries are making great beer with their own unique personality. Fitting comfortably next to our existing breweries and the raison d’être of Distant Lands we are super proud to be working alongside them.

Having met the lovely people behind the breweries and chatted to them, we have understood their focus, desire and willingness to pursue quality and consistency. By return, their willingness to get involved in some of our crazy schemes and focus on building relationships with our customers and breweries we already represent, make them ideal partners for us at Distant Lands. We look forward to working with them all!

Our new UK breweries will sit alongside our good friends, Pastore, Vault City, Verdant, Odyssey, Three Hills & Little Earth, who are all still absolutely nailing quality beers in their own style. We’re sure these will be a great addition to the DL family.
