Bonjour!

We’ve got the sexy and suave French Connection of AMMONITE and PRIZM to bring you this week, alongside some new and vintage curated beer boxes from our yeast-wrangling pals at JESTER KING and GARDEN PATH

It’s the second and final drop this year from Ammonite with a UK exclusive beer for our sour loving friends in the trade. Made with the winemakers hand of Simon Lecomte, this is the stuff of legends. As ever its first come first served on these micro batches, where wine meets beer.

The hoppy hepcats from Prizm have some long awaited newness for us from Montpellier too. We’ve then dug deep in the cellar to bring you some incredible vintage 2017 Jester King Spon, as well as that VEIL collab ‘Tulle‘ from their Texas Farmstead. This is some rare rare beer so get stuck in quick and please read the min order requirements. Three breweries and some exceptional beers…

This weeks featured beers…

🇫🇷 AMMONITE

With brewing cycles governed by the moon and stars there’s a mystical element to the micro production of Ammonite. Already an immediate sell out on on our first drop this looks to be no different. From the re-load of their perpetual ‘Solera‘, we also have several new sku’s all hallmarked by the vineyards that contributed to the maceration process.

🇫🇷 PRIZM

Another hit from France the last time we imported. These are immaculately produced beers via Montpellier. ‘Ignore the Evidence‘ and ‘ Liquid Art‘ are pale brothers in arms, whilst we also have a  Lemon Meringue Pie Gose in the form of ‘ Vendale – Callipyge‘. If you’re after that sherbert zing with balance and fruit then look no further. Both kegs and package available.

🇺🇸 JESTER KING

Have we got some JK treats for you! The DL cellar has been prized open to reveal some amazing vintage curated boxes*. We’ve Spon ’17, there’s The Veil collab ‘Tulle‘ from back in 2018 and we’re also pairing one box – a ‘Spon Off‘ with Garden Path – so a beautiful box to compare and contrast with (Garden Path’s Ron Extract was ex Jester King).
