We’re focusing in on two brilliant UK sour-based producers for this week’s pre-order.

LITTLE EARTH whom you’ll all be familiar with and new kids on the block CROSSOVER BLENDERY from Hertfordshire.

We’re super excited about both. LITTLE EARTH encapsulates the term ‘farmhouse’ brewing perfectly – wild beers that are only ready when they are ready, all emanating from a cyclical production process and utilising local and seasonal ingredients to the fullest. We have their newest releases including the annual Elderflower & Gooseberry Sour 21 version, alongside rare releases like ‘The Brett Organic Stock Ale 2019‘.

New beers don’t come around too often from this brilliant Suffolk farmhouse brewery, so get your orders in while stocks last.

CROSSOVER BLENDERY based in Hertfordshire are new to our roster. We were mightily impressed by their beers at Riverside Festival and delving a little deeper we could see that they were a choice fit for the Distant Lands roster. We have four bottled sku’s from the team that are taking it back to 100% spontaneous fermentation basics. ‘Our work is seasonal. We brew in the cold months and fruit in the warm. Each beer we make is of that year. It is of that season and it cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world‘.
