👉 À Tue-Téte – Drum Roll! Swiss mixed ferm icon. From a romantic setting in the alps comes this much sought after brewery. A brewers brewery if you know what we mean. Two drops a year and this is the first…form an orderly queue please 🙂 

👉 Blaugies & De Glazen Toren – Airhorns! We love a bottle or three of these authentic flavour forward saisons from Belgiums finest – how about we tell you we have a select few skus on keg? Yup, rarer than seeing Paul McCartney get a round in.

👉 We also have fresh biscuits from the Verdant camp with their upcoming Floc collab, PLUS another two Baron beers from this brilliantly understated brewery from Buntingford. And for the lovers of the grape, we have a BRAND NEW Orange wine from Finland’s Noita.

Pastore x Frederiksdal – Distant Lands Curated Collab

Ever since that fateful night when we tried Harald Krabbe’s mindblowing Stevnsbær Cherry wine in CPH, we knew we wanted to facilitate and curate some releases using this potent Danish fruit.

Having already hooked up Pastore with some Grade A Freddy barrels last year for the base beer, we then imported a frozen block of cherries for our brewery friends to play with. Vault City took the lid off with 999g/L – this is more considered at 250g/L but once again showcases one of Denmarks best kept secrets.…’La Stevnsbaer Dorata’ & ‘La Stevnsbaer Scura’ await you.
