SALAMA BREWING CO from Finland are back in town! Specialising in modern extravagant beers, especially aromatic hop-forward IPAs and innovative sours. They have grown quickly, pushing the boundaries of craft beer in Finland with their whacky branding and clever brewing! We have a brilliant selection of their latest creations including a huge QIPA, TIPA, IPA’s, a couple of mega sours and their first ever mixed ferm in bottle. 

👉 KCBC x BARRIER BREWING CO. x FUERST WIACEK mega IPA collab with two New York giant brewers! They’ve also got some great collabs with Danish Gamma Brewing and Canadian Willibald.These guys are no strangers to a big hoppy beer and it shows in all three brews! 

👉 Baron Brewing – Jack at Baron is making leaps in the craft beer world at the moment, producing some brilliant beers from his small brewery in Buntingford. This release we have a 3% super refreshing table beer and a 6.5% IPA to jump on.

👉 Pastore have some superb fruited sours in can. Their Waterbeach Weisse series is based on the Berliner Weisse style, light, refreshing fruity beers at a low, super drinkable ABV. They’ve recently brewed some awesome pastry style sours, ‘Il Crumble Rhubarb Orange and Ginger’ is brewed with plenty of oats, rhubarb, orange, ginger, honeycomb and vanilla for a dessert style sour that still has Pastore’s sour kick! 

👉 Verdant have some old favourite DIPA’s in the line up this week, Five A.M is the brother of Allen, brewed with the same ingredients but the quantities mixed up to create another outstanding DIPA. These two are worth trying side by side. Fruit Car Sight Exhibition always gets the citra fans excited, a single hopped all Citra DIPA that is pure juicy goodness! 

👉 Holy Goat we have three new releases, an Export Stout, a Oud Bruin/Flanders Red inspired strawberry beer and ‘Unicornucopia’ is a golden sour passionfruit, mango and peach and is their most fruited beer yet.
