Folkingebrew are Dutch beer geeks who turned brewers, out of their love for beer. Given that their influences are big, bold beers with profound aromas and flavours it follows that they brew these kind of beers themselves. Hence the line up is a hop heavy exploration with NEIPA and DIPA’s leading the charge.

‘Since our start with the brewing adventure in 2017 our motto is to never stop dreaming and learning: we’re always tweaking our beers to create the best beer we possibly can. Our ambition is to start our own brewery. We are working towards that goal every single day.’
Folkinge refers to the location where they started brewing: in the ‘backyard’ of a beer shop in the Folkingestraat in Groningen, Holland. Brew refers to the American craft beer culture, where they mostly get their inspiration.
